What is your role?
I am Associate Director at Fabriq which means that I manage the team, I work with clients, prior to the collaboration during the discussions, as well as during the implementation of the campaigns I work on the strategy with the client and with the team, then we set up the campaigns. I make sure that the programmes are well executed, that the customer service is well assured, that the team has all the means to work well and that at the end, everybody is happy.
When did you join the agency?
I joined Fabriq 3 years ago, after 18 years in an PR agency specialised in new technologies for consumers and B2B.
What is your field of interest?
I don't really have a single area of expertise. I monitor all the news of all the clients from a distance. However, when you look at my background, I tend to be attracted to mainstream and not too technical subjects.
Who are your clients?
All of the agency's clients!
What was your first job?
Team member at MacDonald’s! It was my first summer job and it was very formative. I learned about teamwork, working in rush hours, customer service and in fact it was a great business card for many summer jobs. I used to be a cashier at GO Sport, I was a hostess, before starting my career as a press officer.
Your best moment at Fabriq?
There isn't really one moment in particular. What I remember most is the evolution of Fabriq over the last 3 years, when I arrived we were a very small team of 3 people and a freelancer. We are now a team of 10 and 2 freelancers. We're all going in the same direction, we're doing it in good spirit and it's quite rewarding.
